Little boys are full of wonder, adventure, and dirt. they are super heroes, ninjas, or army men in battle. Their imaginations are truly amazing. They can turn ANYTHING into an obstacle course, create a mess ANYWHERE, or turn the most boring day into the most FUN! Their energy is not limited, their minds do not calm, and their love exceeds everything.
I get to take the adventure of raising three boys. There is never a dull moment, my house is never clean, quiet, or looking new. My boys are always up to something, causing a little chaos. I wouldn't change it for anything in this world because they are full of more love, passion, and adventure than I ever thought possible! They show me everyday what life and love are all about. I love their laughs, their messy hands, and their tender hearts.
I have learned that I cannot control everything. My house WILL be a mess.. Every. Single. Day! My house will be loud. I will run out of food. There will be fighting, wrestling, yelling, laughing, running, climbing, dirt, pee EVERYWHERE, loads and loads of laundry, broken toys, skinned knees, tattle tailing, adventure, and lots and lots of cuddles, kisses, and I love you moms. Raising 3 boys is not an easy task. I can't even count how many times I have heard "oh wow, THREE boys! God bless you, you must have your hands full" Yes, yes I do. BUT I also have my heart full, God DID bless me. I also hear a lot of "how do you do it?" I honestly don't know how hahaha... I just take it day by day and thank God every night that we made it through another day in one piece! Once everyone is bathed and laying in bed asking for cuddles and arguing over who gets to cuddle first, I finally get to take a breath and smile at how lucky i am to have three sweet boys fighting for the last minutes of mommy time before drifting off into dreamland.
Tonight I decided to embrace their boy mess and take them out to play in some mud puddles after a few days of storms! Here they are at their finest, living life carefree... This is my life, my beauty in chaos <3
